Generate monthly purchasing KPI report based on alignment with related buyers;

Maintain supplier database and landscape;

Support maintenance on supplier EHS management system;

Update department yearly event calendar;

Arrange Team meeting in regular basis;

Support administrative and operation work for Purchasing and Quality team;

Assist in travel expense claim in SAP concur system.

Majors of Automotive/Supply chain/Purchasing/Logistics preferred, 4-6 months’ continuous internship;

Fluent English, both in writing and speaking; German is a plus;

Effective communication and coordination skills;

Open-minded, motivated and detail oriented;

Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially for PPT & Excel;

Keep student identity during the entire internship.
