Cooperate with consultants to analyze industry, company, title and develop a candidate search plan；
Resourcing and searching through traditional recruitment websites and using initiative to find other non-traditional sources；
Select, classify and screen candidate CVs;
Make cold calls to interview the candidates;
Provide candidate analysis, create reports and arrange interview for consultants；
Understand our internal recording system and input candidate’s information in a timely manner.
Bachelor degree required (any major), no working experience needed. Prefer someone with knowledge and passion for working with others and in the recruitment industry. A desire to have an exciting career in Human Resources.
Good written English and oral English;
Good logical thinking ability, good language skills and good learning ability;
Results driven, able to work under pressure, self-motivated and good at working with a team;
Prefer someone with recruitment, sales or consultant industry experience. Knowledge of Heavy Industry, Auto, Luxury and Retail is a plus.
Weekly training on various business skills;
Frequent English language training delivered by a native speaker focusing on speaking, writing, and face to face communication in order to adapt to International company culture quickly.
