Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:
Support Field Marketing Campaign & Asset Development – Assist in development and dissemination of assets such as collateral, websites, white papers, and more. May also manage the end-to-end asset or campaign production for innovative or strategic priority campaigns. Social media content localization, development, coordination is key aspect of responsibility.
Support on Team Operations – assist on operational works, such as team reporting, Marketing Planning Tool management, raising shopping cart, writing memo for team meeting, and helping to identify areas of improvement via data analyses etc.
Agency Management – In compliance with SAP procurement policies, identify, engage, and contract suitable agencies to manage respective projects. Identify and recommend preferred agencies and initiate vendor agreements to optimize investments beyond own campaign activities.
Requirements:
• Major in MBA or Marketing is preferred
• English Level: Intermediate/Advanced, CET-6 or above
• Excellent skill of Microsoft Office products is key (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skill and be good on team working
• Social content marketing skill is a good plus
• Can work for 4-5 days per week
