Job Description
1. Understand the campaign GTM strategy and corresponding marketing actions by learning insights such as product features, values, use cases, target users, industry hot topics and trends;
2. Collaborate with email marketing/paid ads/SEO/content/design teams to assist assets creation for GTM campaigns, including ads copy/marketing email copy/AI blog/web page graphics and layouts/PPT design/one-pagers, and more;
3. Conduct competitive and industry analysis based on business requirements, including but not limited to analyzing competitors' campaigns' creativity and designs, analyzing competitors' product features, learning competitor marketing actions, collecting information on industry trends and best practices;
4.Collaborate with cross-functional team such asData, Product, and Digital Operations to follow up and refine the target list that matches the campaign requirements;
5. Assist in project management activities such as gathering cross-departmental requirements, monitoring project progress and timelines, learning and maintaining marketing project management tools to help save full-time employees' time;
6. Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
2. Proven experience in applying structured thinking frameworks to solve complex problems;
3. Proficiency in tools such as Figma and PowerPoint. Skilled in utilizing various SaaS tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Excel, etc., to optimize project management and enhance work efficiency, enjoys exploring and mastering new tools;
4. Exhibits excellent research and organizational skills, adept at analyzing and synthesizing peer marketing strategies and creative designs;
5. Familiar with the end-to-end process from marketing strategy to creative concept development to assets implementation.
