【岗位职责】

· 开拓留学生海归客户，提供专业的求职咨询答疑

· 洞察客户需求，提供有针对性的服务推荐，促成订单

· 参加培训，学习掌握行业相关知识技能，提高咨询专业能力

· 协助市场推广、活动策划等工作

· 完成其他上级布置的其他任务

【岗位要求】

· 本科及以上在校生或毕业生，具备较强的沟通表达能力

· 具有较强的快速学习能力、解决问题能力

· 善于自我激励，严于律己，可承受较大工作压力

· 具有实习实践经验、社团或学生会工作经验者优先

· 了解人力资源、教育培训、留学咨询等行业者优先

Principal Responsibilities:

· Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions

· Provide consulting service to clients

· Reach and exceed sales targets

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

· Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Open minded, well-organized and eager to learn new skills

· Sales oriented and target driven attitude

· Commitment to customer service
