Roles & Responsibilities 工作职责
- Hourly worker recruiting process handling: communicate with agency, arrange interviews, accepting candidates, coordinate with production
工人招聘:负责与劳务公司和生产部沟通工人招聘需求;组织并安排面试及后续工人入离职等
- Hourly worker database & profile maintain: entry & exit, keep the data updated
工人数据及档案维护:负责维护员工数据以及工人档案的管理,确保数据的更新和准确
- Hourly worker attendance check: record, and check with production, make sure the data is correct
工人考勤核对:负责每月工人考勤核对并检查,确保数据的准确
- Support on training room and presentation setup
协调并支持公司组织的相关培训
- Visitor register support: Register, accepting
负责公司的访客登记和安排
- Event support: Support on event preparation and standby during the event
支持公司组织的相关活动
- GM support: Support on sensi letter/sensinet maintenance, PPT translation
支持公司总经理安排的相关任务如PPT美化和翻译, 邮件翻译等
