We are seeking a patent intern to join our growing in-house IP legal team to support IP attorney’s work. This position will report to associate director, IP and will be located in our Changping office. Basic oral English and excellent writing English is required.
You Responsibilities:
Conduct patent and prior art search and analysis.
Organize and archive IP documents.
Assist patent attorneys in patent drafting, and preparation of response to office action, and other IP related documents. Commitment of at least 3-day onsite attendance for each week.
Qualification Required:
Computer Skills:Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
Education Required:Chemistry, biology or pharmaceutical science related major is needed.Educational background is flexible and will be considered based on experience and qualifications.
Master’s or Ph.D degree candidate enrolled in an accredited university/college program.Bachelor’s degree candidate in senior year with an excellent background and relevant experience.Particularly, newly graduated Master/PhD that have relevant experience could be considered as Consultant.Interested in IP field and desire to learn IP related knowledge.
