Name of Project: Data Driven Sales Initiatives (Data-Driven Forecasting & Incentives) project management
Objectives:
DDF & DDI are developed in close collaboration with our global HQ in Germany; and conventional sales planning/reporting activities, playing a key role in how we steer performance in one of the world's most dynamic premium car markets.
Main Tasks:
1. Support for Data-Driven Initiatives:
- Support the implementation and localization
- Support cross-functional alignment across teams in China and HQ teams for rollout management
- Assist in preparing data input structures, validating AI model outputs, and tracking user feedback
- Contribute to dashboard design, scenario simulations, and preparation of steering materials for management updates
2. Support for Core Planning & Reporting functions:
- Contribute to monthly sales volume planning process, and forecasting updates.
- Assist with reporting tasks (e.g. data analysis and materialization, volume mix evaluations, and data visualization).
- Support ad-hoc analysis and regular materials for internal and external communications.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas; VBA is a plus).
- Familiarity with PowerPoint; experience with Think-Cell or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Structured and self-motivated way of working; ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
- Previous internship experience in a multinational or consulting environment is beneficial.
