Job Responsibilities:
• Support the talent manager to roll out new hire induction to create the best new hire experience and set up them for success at Reckitt
• Support the talent manager to develop and deliver training and talent programs e.g. GC LEAP, design thinking, project management etc. to build leadership strength and upskill the workforce
• Understand the global learning, talent and culture programs and support the talent manager to embed in GC in a relevant and impactful way
• Support HR team to facilitate the performance and development practices eg. Annual performance development review
• Contribute ideas and support HR team to design local engagement and wellbeing activities to build an engaging and sustainable workforce
• Support other employee activities
Job Requirements:
• You possess a passion towards people and commit to support people to realise their potential.
• Excellent English skills (a native English speaker is welcomed and Chinese speaking is not a must).
• Good communication skills. Self-driven. Ability to understand the big picture and also can be hands-on and attention to details.
• Good planning and organizing at the same time staying flexible to accommodate changes to deliver positive results to the team and organization.
• Good Ms office skills esp. PPT and excel.
• You are expected to be able to work at least 2-3 days a week and doing this internship for more than 6 months.
