Position Summary:

The Market Planning Intern will provide the support to Market Planning and Deployment Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.        Translation, table formatting for internal Medallia data

2.        Prepare reports with system data

3.        Collect OTA rating

4.        Maintain port agency database

5.        Update day by day itinerary

6.        Financial supporting – manage contract, prepare accrual, process payment

7.        Provide administrative support to the team on daily basis

8.        Perform other duties as assigned

 Bachelor degree or above

1.      Can work at least 3 months

2.      At least 3 days per week

3.      Honest with good integrity, positive mindset, team player

4.      Good grasp of English and computer skills as Microsoft ppt, excel, word
