Position: China Marketing Intern (PR and Communications Focus)
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Public Relations and Communications, you will support JLL China's external and internal communications efforts. We are searching for a dynamic individual who has excellent bilingual proficiency, strong translation skills, and a rapid learning aptitude. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have prior internship experience and be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week for at least 4 months. This duration will enable the candidate to gain a comprehensive understanding and practical experience of corporate communication workflows, fostering their professional growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support the localization of press releases and materials from the Global and Asia-Pacific regions. Provide translations from Chinese to English as needed.
• Manage media interview records and contribute to the quarterly media performance report. Maintain timely uploads of news releases to JLL’s corporate website.
• Support in the drafting, reviewing, and laying out internal newsletters and leadership messages using internal tools.
• Support internal communication by featuring impactful stories from China on the global intranet.
• Assist in the organization of offline media events, managing logistics, providing on-site support, and ensuring media hospitality.
• Complete other tasks as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Ideal candidates will
• Be in a bachelor's degree or higher, committed to a stable internship of a minimum of 4 months (preferably 6 months), working at least 3 days/week.
• Have relevant education and internship experience, especially in a multinational company.
• Show strong translation, copywriting, and English skills.
• Be skilled in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Possess a detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, responsiveness, and a proactive work ethic.
