Job Responsibilities

1.    Handle with Custom duty VAT and input VAT verification and do monthly tax declaration data input base on calculation file provided by finance team;

2.    Get required Input VAT invoice from China Telecom /China Mobile/China Union on monthly basis

3.    Assist AR accountant for VAT Fapiao issuance and VAT Fapiao purchase if necessary

4.    Support on preparing required supporting files for F/X incoming payment and finish online registration in SAFE;

5.    Responsible for archiving and filing all approved financial voucher and VAT Fapiao for 3 divisions.

6.    Other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance ,Economics ,or a related major;

2.    Good command of MS office, especially for MS excel;

3.    Good learning and communication skill.
