岗位职责： --Responsible for daily check of trading products arrival notice was sending from forwarder(DHL, SCHENKER,DGF,DB etc.) and operation in TCP system timely  --Closely following up goods status/ clearance status and providing timely communication with GBS buyer/ forwarder/ Customs broker    --Manage the 3rd party warehouse stock accuracy in SAP (HK & FTZ), issue the goods receipt/transfer and other adjustment in system timely, also need participate in year end stock-taking --Review the bill of storage fee from forwarder and the bill of custom broker if Reasonable and Correct --Got declaration return from Logistics DP, match with each arrival invoice、PO, binding, then submit to company finance. --Responsible for effectively, efficiently responding to customer service SA\sales\customer inquiries about the progress of custom clearance  --Coordinate between different department (GBS \Logistics\Finance etc.) --Other assigned by manager 任职要求： 1. Experience with ERP system, SAP is preferred 熟悉订单管理软件操作，SAP经验优先。 2. Good English skills in oral and written 英语。  3. Strong cross function coordination skills 跨部门协调沟通能力强。 4.. Good inter-personnel communication skills and teamwork spirit 英语能力强。 5.. Sound skills in office software, especially with Excel 熟练应用办公软件。 6.. Knowledge in commercial area 熟悉商务知识 7. University degree is required  本科以上学历。
