Major Job Responsibilities: 
1. Support all works related to training activities:   Collect training registration form;Training courses follow-up;Support Training record management;Support Training system maintenance (OJT…)  
2. Other tasks assigned by HR Training Specialist (not limited to HR Training work but also HR Admin work related to Company activities to create a favorable employee-employer relationship)  
3. Support the other HR projects implement if needs.  
 
Job Qualifications Experience/Education requirement     Education/ Major   Human Resources or English     Experience   NA but should be interested in HR and the factory working environment

Computer/Software Good Excel and PowerPoint skills   Technical Skill     HR related knowledge         Soft Skill   Communication, initiative. Team spirit  
Others 6 months internship min.
