KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support in the implementation and administration of the F&B Strategy.
· Provide support to the F&B team to reach Business Village goals (correspondence, tools, charts, meetings scheduling, database coordination inspectionsetc.)
· Communicate and follow up on all administrative related issues to the different departments.
· Co-ordinate the correct communication to the relevant parties at the right time whilst ensuring a proper follow up is achieved across all distribution channels.
· Support new store openings.
· Support the F&B team by ensuring effective and well-coordinated implementation of all seasonal campaigns that F&B and Marketing develop for the restaurants.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
· Excellent verbal and written skills specifically in regard to building relationships with internal team and external contacts.
· Numerate with strong computer literacy.
· Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills.
· Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
· Fluent in English, proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint.
