Help to establish a standard process for PID control parameter optimization and a criteria for evaluating the motor’s dynamic behavior. 帮助建立一套优化PID控制参数的标准流程，以及如何评估受控电机的动态性能的标准

From the HW side, investigate how to use different type of motors (linear motor, synchronous motor) and measurement systems (absolute/incremental measurement system) to set up the Siemens control topology. 硬件方面，帮助研究如何使用不同的电机（直线/同步电机）和/增量式测量系统建立西门子的控制拓扑图

【Your Requirement】

   Bachelor Degree, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronis本科，电气工程, 电子、机电一体化专业

Experience in working with parameter optimization porjects for a closed-loop control有闭环控制系统参数优化项目的相关经验（可以是学术性的仿真，也可以是实际应用）

   Basic knowledge about Matlab simulation tool.了解Matlab仿真工具

   Strong academic background in control theory, theory of electric motors  要求有控制理论，电机学等相关课程的专业学习经验
