Job Responsibilities/工作职责:
1. Provide training logistical supports (e.g.: design training posters, send out training notices, book training rooms, prepare training materials etc.).
提供培训支持(如:制作培训海报,发布培训通知、预订培训教室、准备培训物料等);
2. Support HR employee life cycle related work.
支持员工生命周期相关的工作;
3. Complete other projects/tasks.
完成其他项目/任务。
4. Develop digital tools/programs to drive digital transformation.
开发数字化的工具/程序,推动数字化的改革
Job Requirements/工作要求:
1. Can work at least last for 1 year, 4-5 days per week.
可以实习一年且每周可以工作4-5天。
2. Education: Bachelor student. Major in HR preferred.
教育:本科在读,人力资源专业优先。
3. Careful and rigorous in work with a strong sense of responsibility.
做事仔细严谨,责任心强。
4. Language: Proficient in written English, good oral English, CET-6.
语言能力:英语书面流利,口语可沟通,大学英语六级。
5. Good communication and teamwork.
良好的沟通和团队合作。
