Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for new supplier identification, RF(x), evaluation, contract negotiation and development in coordination with sourcing manager.

·       Cross-Functional Team work with Purchasing, R&D, Product Manager, QA team to bring best solution on both Commercial term and Delivery.

·       Collect and publish the market intelligences, key cost drivers and cost modeling to support the development of negotiation strategies.

·       Annual sourcing target excute for annual cost reduction, favorable payment negotiation.

·       Supplier Database management

·       Visit Suppliers factory to check their capability

Requirements:

·       BS degree in Electrical, Suppler Chain management, International trade, Mechanical, Engineering.

·       Good spoken and written English; Good communication, positive attitude, patience;

·       Microsoft office knowledge.

·       Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
