Responsibilities
1. Internal & Staff Sales Support
• Take PCN internal order and staff orders;
• Track shipment status and arrange delivery
2. Product Management Support
• Support on parts product information collection, data analysis and translation
3. Database Maintenance and reporting
• Parts item replacements updating;
• Heavy accident car documents updating;
• Parts purchase & sales data extract from SAP and excel report processing
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Automobile, Logistics or Business Administration
• Internship in Automotive industry and Aftersales field is a plus
• Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn
• Fluent with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months
