Major Accountabilities:
Receive incoming phone calls, and transfer to the relevant personnel
Take and pass on messages
Receive visitors and inform the relevant personnel
Accept delivery of mails and parcels and dispatch to the relevant personnel in a timely manner
Arrange courier service for all department
Responsible for admin related purchase (e.g. cleaning goods、drinking water, etc.)
Responsible for stationery inventory, and making a record of recipients
Update the Elee extensions list as needed
Maintain the reception area in a tidy condition
Perform administrative task as assigned
Major Qualifications:
Customer minded and great team player, candidate must be motivated by a burning desire to help people
Excellent listening and organizational skills, as well as a professional appearance and language skills
The person must be basically happy and enjoy learning new skills
