岗位职责:
Line 1.5 Opeartion Support
Triage issues by using tools such as DataDog / Charles Proxy / Splunk / GraphQL
Track the issues by using ServiceNow untill resolved
Collaborate with foreign support team to diagnose root cause
Trouble shooting by using technical experience
任职资格:
At least 3+ years experience, with 2+ years experience in Architect / .Net C# / J2EE / Database
Ability to analyse and trouble shoot L1.5 issues.
CET-6 / good English reading and wirting abality. Oral English capabilities would be a big advantage.
Understanding of CRM-related application business and technical processes.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working with customer stakeholders.
Experience with global projects preferred.
