Deep-tech USD Fund Investor Relation Intern Job Duty： • Participate in firm’s USD fundraising of primary, secondary and co-investment funds, preparing materials and maintaining investor relationships. • Assist investment team in preparing USD due diligence reports, financial modeling and exit projections, and in presenting investment opportunities to international investors. • Design international investment structure, establish foreign funds and negotiate with third party vendors. • Participate in USD fund portfolio management, performing analytic tasks for portfolio companies.
