JOB Title: ME Intern JOB PURPOSE: • Assist engineer on NPI execution, projects execution, daily production PQVC support and improvement JOB DUTIES: • Administrate and manage working instructions & APQP documents • Lead or coordinate to develop & perform CI solutions • Support ME to develop and perform new tool solutions • Develop and apply new lifting devices and fixtures • Assist lead ME on critical equipment phase-in process • Manage and lead production line process improvement activities • Maintain work hour data and manage data update plan • Support lead ME on process design in NPI • Assist lead ME on project management and coordinate project executions • Work with design team to raise change request per PQVC improvement • Lead quality issues investigation and resolution • Other PQVC roles to support engineer JOB REQUIREMENTS (must include education, years of working experience, English level, office 365 skill, job related knowledge and soft skills etc.) Capability requirement: • Knowledge and experience on AutoCAD and Creo utilization • Engineering drawing read and transfer into manufacturing instruction • Working instructions development ability • Medium level and above English skill to be able to communicate in English • Proficient with office software (Excel/Word/PPT..) Common Requirement: • Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering is preferred • Self-motivated to prioritize and manage potentially conflicting situations. • Demonstrate a “can do” attitude as a key team member with flexibility, enthusiasm, reliability, and discretion
