职位描述:
1. Purpose of the Position - Providing effective support to sales managers & OSR. - Daily work support in sales process. 2. Main Tasks - CRM support and management - CRM support to OSR if need, such as issue quotation (create/close/update…)etc. - CRM information control, including maintenance of leads owner, overdue Opportunities and Quotes etc. - CRM data export, including customer visit, Opportunities and Quotes etc. - Sales support - Price & stock Check in SAP for OSR. - SAP orders follow up, such as delivery check. - Issue quotes in SAP according to OSR CRM Quote if need. - Support sales to issue IPO & contracts, especially for duplicate orders. - Cross department communication for sales issues. - Support AR follow up, especially for distributors & key account customers. - Give quick feedback on customer’s request through Tel/Mail, Including simple technical support. - Other support to OSR if need. - Reports support : - CRM monthly report, including sales activities etc. - Sales forecast report. Collect information from OSR. - AR monthly report. - Other reports if need. - Marketing & office administrative - Marketing events, digital marketing work support if need. - Flight ticket issue. - Other administration related task assigned. - Other work assigned by line manager 3. Requirements Profile - Bachelor degree - Good computer skill - Good communication skills and coordination ability - Good English skill in written and spoken - Strong sense of responsibility - Positive working attitude and ability to manage multiple task - Good sense of teamwork
