Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for team expense, including submitting the travel request and the and expense, finishing invoice, and follow-up work. 2. Internal administrative work, such as booking meeting rooms, buying stationery, printing and scanning documents, manager travel reservation and managing HR library, etc.
3. Intern recruitment, including recruitment information post, screening resumes and phone interview, candidates reception, etc.
4. Handling employees’ questions on HR Training via email. 5. Other works from manager.
Qualification:
1. Master Degree would be better. No limitation of Majors. And graduates in 2019 are preferred.
2. Sufficient attendance Time. (3~4 days per week, continue at least 6 months.)
3. Good at communicating with people, working carefully and patiently, and also need strong sense of responsibility.
4. Passing CET 6, fluent English listening, speaking, writing, reading skills.(Need to understand work process and requirements in English environment)
5. Skillful in using office software, such as outlook, power point, etc.
6. A good internship experience in HR related is preferred.

职责:

4. 通过邮件解答员工对于公司内部培训的疑问
5. Manager交付的其他工作
要求:
1. 是研究生学历,专业不限。2019年毕业的研究生。
2. 每周工作3到4天,至少实习满6个月。
3. 善于与人沟通,且办事细心,责任心强。
4. 英语六级以上,流利的英语听、说、读、写能力。(需要能够在全英文环境下了解工作流程和要求)
5. 熟练使用office办公软件,如 outlook,PPT等。
6. 有过HR 相关实习经验者优先考虑。
