Mission and Purpose:
The department Audi China Brand Audi, Digital Business, Customer Experience (C/VS) is responsible for oversee and constantly report on progress of local & global digital initiatives, ensuring long term competitiveness of digital service portfolio by monitoring Chinese digital market to recognize opportunities for Audi, bring new opportunities to decision including customer analysis and business case.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Lead desk study of new trends and technology in the field of telematics (connected car).
-Prepare briefing documents of telematics news and global trends weekly, with special attention on local market.
-Benchmark analysis of connect offer structure and terms.
-Summarize telematics information into report format on monthly basis.
-Provide strategic input for development of current connect offerings.
-Support for connect related topics (connect, e-trons, as well as important meeting arrangement, help collect project related information/inputs, etc.)
Qualifications:
Education Background
-Bachelor or Master degree
-Major in Information Technology, Business and Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.
Professional Skills
-Familiar with telematics services and trends
-Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Report Writing)
-Previous internship experience preferred.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Sensitive to market trends and changes in the field of telematics
-Analytical thinking, planning and well-organized
-Ability to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines
Language Skills
-Good command of English both in speaking and writing
