地址：上海市闵行区合川路2555号科技绿洲三期五1号楼

工资：本科/14H；硕士/18H+饭贴

工作时间：一周3天，3-6个月

要求：专业不限；本科及以上学历

Job description:

1. 支持端到端流程与日常工作

Involved in E2E Employee Life Cycle processes and support relevant daily operations

2. 管理员工合同/转正/离职等文件，比如做电子档案，办理员工证明等

Involved in employee’s contract/probation/termination management, e.g. P-file and E-filing/Certificate generation

3. 协助培训与三方公司的沟通，比如工作签证办理

Support training and communication with vendors like visa office

4. 有机会支持各类内外部活动与项目，进行报表统计/PPT海报设计/文档翻译等

Have opportunity to support activities, internal & external projects, e.g. Data consolidation/PPT design/Document translation

5. 为员工提供HR内部与跨部门之间的人事服务

Offer Internal & Cross-functional HR services for employees

6. 主要工作除了日常之外HR支持之外，会需要未HR的一些流程涉及通过Excel/Word/outlook等可以实现的工具，首席excel公式和会写简单宏

任职要求：

1、  每周至少3天，能实习6个月

2、  细心、踏实、靠谱、有责任心

3、  英语听说读写良好

4、  只要时间充足，年级不限

5、  掌握Office软件，有钻研和创新精神。
