ICA Future Leaders Graduate Program is a unique scheme that brings exceptionally talented individuals from diverse professional backgrounds to ICA to train them to be future leaders of our business. 

This program is an exciting opportunity to get an in-depth insight into the capital market including H-shares, Chinese ADRs, A-shares, TW listed companies and to learn how to bring global institutional investors and publicly listed corporates together in ways that add value to both parties.

Training

If you make it through the challenging interview process and decide to join the program, your training will kick-off with an intensive induction program at our Shanghai/Taipei office. 

Rotations

You will be rotated through different departments to increase your exposure to IR industry knowledge, one of which is our Investor Relations Consulting team, which provides strategic solutions for listed companies to better articulate their corporate messages across global capital markets; as well as our Corporate Access team, which spearheads and facilitates ICAs corporate access events with Asias leading publicly listed companies, including H-shares, Chinese ADRs, A-shares, and TW listed companies Following the training in Shanghai/Taipei, you will have a chance to rotate to our Shanghai/Taipei/Hong Kong office. 

At the completion of the rotation program, if not before (assuming you have met our performance expectations), you will move into a role mutually agreed upon by yourself and the ICA management team in Shanghai/Taipei office.
