RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain accurate BOM and tracker to reflect confirmed delivery quantities and date of requested parts for RC and pilots vehicles. • Work with engineers to establish the appropriate schedules for individual components, specifying quantity and frequency targeting on-time deliver for EE buck, Mule cars and RC vehicles. • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering to support component changes resulting from Change action (CAs), plan for new component break point for Shanghai plant in new programs • Work with eng., NPI, supply chain and Quality team to solve launch issue and support vehicle on delivered on time. •Learn the program development process REQUIREMENTS MUST • BS or MS major in science and engineering. Electrical, electronic, computer science with mechanical knowledge is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand is required • Ability to present program development status effectively in weekly program/executive meetings is required • Open-minded, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude is required • Self-motivation and resourcefulness are required • Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision is required • Strong work ethic required PREFERRED •Experience of electrical component (hardware or software) development. Automotive industry experience is preferred. • Proficiency in Python /C++ language, Familiar with common data structure and algorithm design is preferred.
