Highlights: · Work directly at Volkswagen’s core production and training environment, participating in cross functional and cross level meetings； · Serve as a key communication link between Spanish technical experts and Chinese teams； · Gain hands on interpreting experience in various workshops and business-critical meetings； Key Responsibilities: · Provide on site interpretation support for Spanish speaking technical experts and colleagues in daily operations, including production floors, training sessions, and management communications； · Participate in workshops, section meetings, and cross departmental discussions; deliver consecutive and simultaneous interpretation to ensure smooth communication； · Facilitate effective collaboration between Chinese and Spanish teams during technical exchanges, problem solving sessions, and process coordination； Qualifications: · Current graduate student; major in Spanish interpretation or a related field； · Hold a recognized Spanish proficiency certification (e.g., DELE, SIELE, or equivalent)； · Competent in live simultaneous and consecutive interpretation with strong accuracy and responsiveness； · Familiarity with the automotive industry or manufacturing environments is a plus; prior interpretation experience preferred；
