岗位目标 Conduct daily experiments and provide support to research activities of weber. 按照要求准确高效地完成实验并且给研发部门提供日常支持。 主要职责 1. To support R&Dprojects by conducting accuracy and high efficiency tests under the guideline of the R&D engineer. 在研发工程师的指导下，准确并高效的完成测试任务； 2. Be responsible for organizing and conducting the samples analysis under the enquiry and report the test data/result to the engineer for futher analysis. 负责组织和进行样品分析测试，并将实验数据和结果报告给研发工程师； 3. Support daily lab operation including equipment operating and maintenance,new test competence development, consumable materials purchasing, etc.. . 支持实验室的日常运行，包括实验设备操作和维护，新测试能力的开发，耗材采购等。 4. Strictly follow EHS & 5S policies and regulations of SGRS. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。 任职要求 1. College or Bachelor degree, major in Materials Science, Inorganic Materials, Building Materials and Civil Materials. 材料科学与工程，无机非金属材料，建筑材料、土木材料专业本科学士。 2. Proficient written and reading in English. 英语读写熟练。
