🚀 Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis
Conduct monthly report/ analysis of brand in North Asia
Track new product launches and digital campaigns
Prepare "Best Practice" reports to share success stories between markets.
2. Product Launch Support (Zone Coordination)
Assist the Zone Marketing Manager in the consolidation of launch materials and share wit across North Asia.
Manage product samples, mock-ups, and artwork, PO processes between zone and local markets.
3. Operational Excellence
Support daily administrative tasks (PO management, meeting coordination).
Organize team meetings and help prepare presentation decks for Zone Management committees.
4. Artwork Coordination & Packaging Execution (Key Focus)
Primary & Secondary Packaging: Coordinate the artwork creation process for product packaging (primary components and secondary cartons/labels).
Final Artwork (FA) Management: Liaise with DMI teams, local regulatory affairs, and external agencies to ensure Final Artworks are validated on time and compliant with North Asia regulations.
Validation Routing: Manage the approval loop between Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to secure production deadlines.

- Languages: Fluent in English (working language) and Mandarin. Proficiency in Japanese is a strong plus.
