As one of the biggest social networks the world, WeChat is innovating the way how people acquire the needed information, knowledge and services. As the NLP team of WeChat AI lab, we are determined to develop state-of-the-art language technologies. Our projects include but not limited to chatbot, reading comprehension, knowledge graph, deep learning for NLP tasks, etc. We are now seeking formal interns working in our Beijing, Shanghai, and Palo Alto office. Individuals in this role are expected to be working as a software engineer and a NLP researcher. The candidate is expected to have a strong interest in NLP research, and be passionate for identifying and resolving issues that help us build the best products.  Responsibilities: . Conduct research to advance the state of the art in NLP technologies . Training models using neural network or other machine learning techniques . Develop and deploy new technologies into the WeChat product.  . Iterative model improvement based on online product feedback Qualification: . Proficiency in c++ and python . Ph.D./MS in the field of NLP, machine learning, or related fields . 熟悉常用推荐算法，对近年来新的推荐算法有充分了解，熟悉文本挖掘、统计等相关知识 熟练使用python，熟悉Hadoop，Tensorflow等工具 有过TB级日志处理经验优先 有实际推荐比赛经验者优先
