Responsibilities: - Assist in managing advisors and due diligence work streams during transaction execution - Assist in preparation of investment memorandum & Meeting minutes in Mandarin for Fosun senior executives and coordinate communication alongside the internal approval process (mainly in Mandarin) - Perform various overseas market research (area of research includes Real Estate, REITs, PE, etc.) - Support the investment team within their day-to-day management Requirements:

- Based in Shanghai, can start work within a month and to complete 3 - 6 months internship

- Bachelor Degree or above from top universities.

- Majored in finance, business administration, economics related, financial accounting, and/or real estate; - Willingness to work within a highly demanding, highly focused, collaborative team environment - Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented - Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
