Supplier Data and Contracts management in SRM and Public folder. New supplier Vendor preparation and audit application. Maintain basic data in SAP, Pilum, SRM and other purchasing system. Create and maintain Material Information record and Schedule Agreement. Create and manage purchase agreement (CA, QAA, T&C, NDA and others). Contact suppliers for quotations, contracts and other issues. Digitalization, e.g.: power BI Specific project support and implementation: Creation and design of visualization report 岗位要求: Strong Communication skills and fluent in both oral and written English Project management skills Be flexible, motivated, creative and efficient, responsible, patient and detailed Willing to learn new things and bring new ideas. Strong Data analysis skills and Proficient Microsoft Office skills, incl. Outlook, Excel, PPT. Competent in Microsoft Power BI or other equivalent visualization software 5 days per week, at least 6 months.
