岗位描述/Department Mission: •As the ‘in China, for China’ strategy, VW is introducing the China Electrical Architecture (CEA) todevelop fast, cost effective and more competitive products, bringing intelligent competitiveness tothe Group •Working closely with VW One Team and XPENG, Delivery Unit is responsible for coordinating conceptphase, implementation, series support and achievement of milestone per level, so that projecttimeline and SOP can be achieved 主要职责/Your Responsibilities: •Project coordination & support, incl assisting in tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones,organizing meetings and following up on action items •ISO9001 QMC support, incl attending regular QMCs exchange meetings, material support, riskmanagement support, incl identifying potential risks in project execution and escalate as needed •Documentation & reporting, incl assisting in preparing presentations and status reports forleadership, as well as maintaining project documentation, incl technical requirements, business tripreimbursement, and etc •Support CEA database synchronization and maintenance 岗位要求/Required Qualification: •Bachelor degree or above, registered student of Software Engineering, EE or Business Studies related;work onsite 6 months and be available 4-5 days a week •Experience in the automotive industry or other top/foreign companies •Excellent language skills in English, German is a plus •Ability to grasp and document complex technical concepts, be familiar with MS office package,Jira/Confluence as plus •Strong sense of ownership and communication skills for cross-functional work with peers, willing tolearn and work under pressure with meticulous attention on details 岗位优势/What we offer: •Remuneration 170 RMB/day for bachelor and 200 RMB/day for Master gross, 1.5 days paid studyleave every month •Housing support of 2500 RMB/month for students who are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing
