Job Responsibilities:
-Overall assistant for the Strategic Hiring team
-Recruitment advertisement management through external and internal website
-CV screening and doing interviews under the instruction of the recruiting manager/specialist
-Assist with documents preparation and interview arrangement
-Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal clients
-Other Assignment as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in English or Human Resources
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Very good communication skills, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to take initiative
