Accountabilities:
1. Booking.
2. Rate Inquiries.
3. Service Inquiries.
4. Customer Satisfaction offering special services.
5. Problem Solving.
6. Account maintenance.
7. Liaison and communicate with other departments (local & overseas).
8. Proactively utilize DPM to service customers and improve processes.
9. Support streamlining processes and automation enhancements.
10. Activity participate in project promoting teamwork, utilize creativity in group sessions.
Requirements:
1. College or above.
2. 1 year and above experience, in shipping, transportation industry or export trade
preferred.
3. CET 4 and above.
4. Good communication and problem solving skills.
5. Be able to work under great pressure.
