- Service and greeting standard
- Reception image tidy up
- Receive and distribution of express
- Handle incoming calls professionally
- In charge of Printers, office waters and cleanness, and so on
- Ensure the office floor clean and tidy including pantry room, meeting rooms
- Support as an assistant for recruiters
HR Admin
- Preparation for orientation
- Collect and check contract
PROFILE:
- New graduates or someone with similar working experience are taken into consideration
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin
- Professional secretarial skills and communication manner
