The Operation Management Trainee is to cultivate operation talents for management positions.

This trainee needs to do job rotation in the operation centers, working as an Operation Assistant, Sorter, Clerk and so on so forth. Then he/she could have a general idea about what and how operaion works.

After one year rotation, if any vacant management positions in center, he/she could apply for after passes related assessment.
