Sub regional countries of responsibility: North Asia

Direct Report To: North Asia General Counsel

Key responsibilities:

· Supporting North Asia legal team;

· Conduct legal research and keeping updated on national and state legislation that may affect the business;

· Reviewing business contracts that arise from the day to day operations of the business;

· Coordinating external legal service provider within the region;

· Translating legal documents per request;

Requirements:

- With a law degree in China or law school student;

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk assessment capabilities, with good judgment and commercial sense

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
