Brief Description of Assignment: •Support, coordinate and bring in your ideas with all relevant partners for the Open Day Event at German Embassy, Motto: Crafts and Quality made in Germany -Attend the First Education summit with our Joint Venture partners •Prepare and create in consultation with the team and in accordance with the Daimler standards new Training Documents. •Translate existing documents German into English language if possible also into Chinese •Present the results to team, cooperation schools and plants (English and Chinese for practice the language competence) •Implement and support trainings in plants and cooperation schools (Method trainings and soft skill) •Prepare, realize and evaluate international student exchange (Train the trainer) program •Assist to do the meeting minutes and summary for the Train the Trainer program at BBAC plant

Qualification Requirement: •Independently working style and highly self-motivated •Very good English skills, German language would be a plus •Extroverted personality •Advanced MS office knowledge •Love to organize events •Team player, high communicative
