Job Description
As a research intern, you will collaborate closely with marketing, designers, product manager, and engineers to conduct research on multiple aspects of power tool products and experiences.
Support to define and perform qualitative and quantitative user research and testing procedures with a focus on our emerging markets business.
You’ll need to think strategically, be creative and negotiate design solutions in relation to business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in market research, data science, business administration, MBA, statistics, industrial design, HCI or related subject.
Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods (quantitative and qualitative consumer research), including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
Strong communication skills (able to translate research results into company requirements)
Knowledge in statistical analysis with Excel. (PowerBI is a plus).
Analytical mindset.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
At least four days or above per week. The internship duration is at least 3 months.
Relevant internship experience is preferred.
