You will need to: 

1. 你懂消费者洞察嘛？

Well understand consumer and customer’s needs and requirement. Sensitive for new trends and topics, especially for younger generations.  

2. 你是Photoshop 行家里手嘛？

Has basic MKT sense and Photoshop skills is a must. Past MKT/TMKT experience is a plus.

3. 你知道如何做线上平台推广活动嘛？你能与消费者共情，共创品牌调性嘛？

Passion for online platform operation and consumer engagement, past experience is a plus.

This position provides you with on-the-job training with opportunity to participate in critical initiatives in various MKT projects.
