Responsibilities:
1. Support the ACIC(Airbus China Innovation Center) HR related set-up, especially legal docs with guidance of HR Policy, such as contract template, employee handbook etc.
2. Consolidate high potentials profiles and prepare the ground of Regional Talent Review
3. Screen profiles based on JD and organize interview
4. PULSE implementation in ACIC
5. Flight Hours Services (FHS) coordination regarding onboarding, HR ad hoc queries (overtime/travel policy/hotel booking/badge, etc.)
6. Ad-hoc requests & administration from line manager
Requirements:
1. Fluent English orally and written
2. Legal related background is of preference
3. Focus on People; team player
4. Strong sense of responsibility
5. Well organized
6. Background in law/jurisprudence is preferred
7. Detail-oriented
