MICE intern

We are looking for a smart, motived and eager to learn more about tourism, MICE specified, in a global resort brand.

Job Description

To deliver assistance directly to clients of the contract preparation, to support on the essential step of our business.

To follow the contract process, following with communication internally to go through the content, delivery to client till close deal.

To communicate with finance for the payment registration

To work with Finance for invoice issuing to clients

To complete other workload assigned by leader

Skills requirement

Communication and interpersonal, client orientation skills both internally and externally

Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, excel)

Fluent in Mandarin and English
