[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Generative AI Application Development Objectives: The AI Centre of Excellence is dedicated to developing and consulting on AI and GenAI Proof of Concepts for enterprise applications. We are seeking a motivated GenAI application development intern to assist in building proof of concepts for different Generative AI usage scenarios. Main Tasks: - Design and build GenAI applications to address various different enterprise scenarios - Realize prototypes through either high-code or low-code methods and support business users in testing to collect feedback and perform sprint based iteration - Fine-tune models for specific use cases to improve ROI over using foundation models - Stay up to date on latest GenAI application areas - Document results and findings, and present to internal teams Key Learning Opportunities: - Drive AI projects to enhance MB efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with data science & AI experts to unlock GenAI value for businesses. - Master building and optimizing GenAI apps for accuracy and reliability. - Interact with diverse business stakeholders across various use cases. Key Qualifications: - Python proficiency - Data mining tooling and database experience (e.g. Databricks, Spark, SQL) - Machine Learning / Statistics background (NLP experience preferred) - Ability to be self-directed in a dynamic environment, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills - Familiarity with GenAI application frameworks (e.g. Langchain) - Familiarity with low/no-code tools to develop GenAI Applications (e.g. Dify) - Familiarity with GenAI serving frameworks (e.g. ollama, vllm) - Familiarity with Git, JIRA and CI/CD concepts - Huggingface/Modelscope ecosystem & tools for model fine-tuning - Familiarity with command line environment operation in Linux (ubuntu) Education: Degree: Master Major: Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or equivalent experience
