Job Descriptions:
▪ Analyze& evaluate the electrical performance of power module
devicethrough simulation & test from concept to series production.

▪ Design reference application circuit
schematics and PCB layouts
(e.g.,driver and power conversion circuits)and communicate with suppliers for PCBA prototyping.

▪ Define test method, plan, setup & coordinate & analyze test resultswith simulation.

▪ Create parasitic modeling of power semiconductor & module and validate
with measurement.
▪ 根据仿真和测量数据创建功率半导体及模块模寄生参数模型
▪ Work closely with project team to ensure project goal is met with
responsibility on technical KPI.
▪ 与项目组协调发展目标,确保电气性能指标目标达成,并对结果进行展示和讨论
Qualifications/Knowledge required.
▪ Master or above with major in power electronics, electrical engineering etc.
▪ 电力电子或电气工程专业,硕士及以上学位
▪ 2+years industry experience in power circuit design, simulation or test;
▪ 两年以上功率电路设计,仿真,测试,调试工作经验
▪ Solid knowledge in 2+ aspects of power semiconductor device, e.g.
characterization, modeling, test & application of SiC MOSFET, GaN or IGBT.
▪ 熟悉功率器件(碳化硅,氮化镓MOSFET, 或者IGBT)的特征性能,建模,测试和应用(至少2个方面)
Familiar with automotive inverter or DC/DC topologies;
▪ 熟悉汽车级逆变器和直流变化拓扑结构;
▪Experience user of at least 1 circuit simulation software, e.g. Pspice,LTspice & Matlab;
▪ 能熟练使用至少一个电路仿真软件,Pspice, LTspice 和Matlab.
Open-minded & enthusiastic in wide bandgap devices & application.
▪ 思维开放,技术专研热心第三代半导体及应用
Hands-on experience with power device characterization is a plus.
▪ 功率半导体测试经验是加分项
