Responsibilities -Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, selection, and support till successful offering -Obtain requirements on candidates from hiring managers and identify potential candidates by using different channels -Coordinate job description updating with departmental manager -Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result
-Support Campus Recruitment Project,Job Fair,Summer Intern Project etc -Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques
Qualification -Bachelor degree or above
-Fluent in English
-Be proactive, clear logic, fast learner, good presentation and communication skills
-headhunter internship is a plus
