Key Responsibilities for Regulatory Affair

•            Register chemicals: Support on the registration dossiers and submit them to the authorities and follow up.

•            Answer customer enquiries on chemical inventory, cosmetics, biocides and food contact/additive regulations.

•            Support specialist/manager to check compliance of sample delivery and approve accordingly.

•            Support specialist/manager to check compliance of raw material and approve accordingly.

•            Support specialist/manager to prepare safety data sheet and label.

•            Provide supports to other departments (e.g. SCM) ensuring compliance

•            Support specialist/manager to implement company standard and local regulations regarding lab safety.

Key Competencies:

•            Degree in chemistry, polymer material, toxicology or other related academic disciplines. Master candidate is preferred.

•            Work at least 3 days a week.  

•            Good interpersonal and communications skills.

•            Initiative and high level of self-motivation.

•            Able to do own work independently.

•            Good team player.

•            Sense of urgency.

•            Self-starter.

•            Fluency in Chinese and English. Japanese is a plus.
